A week of Thanksgiving!

*Hummm...I'm not sure why the pictures are grainy since they were not on my photoshop. Some of them you can click on and see the better quality photo! Sorry about that!*

Lydia helped a lot this Thanksgiving! She even peeled her first apple for the pies!

Sarah making the jello.

A busy bee!

Not sure what this means...she likes to pose like this! Silly girl!

The apple pies are growing!

What could he be doing????

Back to real life and our darling baby!

That week some of us girls were able to go to a Christmas CD release concert for the Whispering Roses!

Their new Christmas CD is very very lovely!

The Whispering Roses in concert!

Grandpa helping Sarah with her hand..."Is it a good hand Grandpa???"

"Nope. I'm afraid it wasn't..."

Grandpa has always said that babies always cry when he holds them but I have proof that isn't true!

Big girl, 6 months already!

It was so fun to have her smile so much!!!

Hmm.... LOL!

A Baby Girl is Born!!!!

The day we have been waiting for for the last 9 months has arrived! I get to do a blog post about my first niece, Emma Christine! After 7 1/2 hours of labor Keslie and David now have a daughter to hold and care for! She is a dear wee little lass and she is greatly loved my her 4 grandparents, lots of great grandparents, 7 aunts, and 4 uncles. Do you think this little lass will ever have someone to hold her? LOL! That is one thing that I know we will not have to worry about! =) As for the labor, it was a hard one, but by God's amazing grace, Keslie did wonderfully! We are all so proud of her! God is truly good to give such dear blessings to enjoy and love.

Now for some pictures!!!!
:does a happy dance around the room:

David and Keslie joyfully welcome their daughter Emma Christine,
June 3rd at 3:54 pm, 6lbs 12 oz and 19 1/2 inches long

Emma is getting her first exam. Not babies favorite thing to go through even though Betty is super gentle! Poor dear cried but quickly calmed down to her little squeaking noises!!

Grandma S weighing her. 6lbs 12 oz She is so tiny! None of the babies on either side were quite that small!

Auntie Kami!!!!! Look at them? Are they not the most precious things to behold????

Me cradling my little lass for the first time! Oh, it's so hard to pass her on to someone else! So hard!

Grandma C with Baby Snooks!

Grandma S with the wee one!

AWWWWWW!!! (btw, I just can't say aw enough!)

My siblings seeing her for the first time! The girls were crying with joy to see their brother holding his daughter!

Great-grandpa H. He was enthralled with her and wasn't paying any attention to anything else going on in the room!!!

Keslie with her daughter the next day! :happy sigh:

Getting weighed again by the midwife.

The delighted Grandpa's! They adore this little one too!

Grandpa S once again holds his little treasure in his arms!

Well, I can ASSURE you all that there are going to be a lot more pictures in the future. =) Lots! So those will have to do for now!
