The day before Mother's Day Kami threw Keslie a baby shower at the C family home. So mom and us 5 girls loaded up and took a drive to attend our first grandbaby/niece or nephews baby shower! I have to say it was emotional for us because this is my little brothers baby and for mom this is her little sons child! We know David isn't little anymore but we can remember him so! It's still hard to believe he is a father himself! Wow! And on top of it my dear friend is a mother too! Wow! Babies are such a blessing!
Everyone truly showered Keslie and baby with lovely gifts!
Little girls chatting!
Mother's looking at gifts! Mrs. C made this darling diaper bag for Keslie!
Then Gracie and a friend spent a long time folding all the tissue paper and bags!
We spent the night with them that night and then were going to head home the next morning to celebrate Mother's Day with our guys. The C's also came down to stay a few days with Keslie. But that night Willie the cat decided Lydia looked too cozy! At least she didn't know he was there since she didn't like it when he climbed on her before she fell asleep!
At home the kids needed to get rid of some energy so the girls jumped on the trampoline and the boys tried to lasso them! It was so fun to watch and David and Keslie sat there for some time enjoying the laughter and each other! ;)
Determination! He knows what he is doing!
A sweetie pie!
Girls turn to try a hand at the lasso!
Not quite as easy as it looks!
Did she do it?
Hummm...the guys make it look so easy!
There we go! She figured it out!
David takes pity and decides to help the girls!
Not sure how this happened but she sure looks cute!
Mother and daughters!
Another mother and daughter!
