I could never show all the things we do to get ready for our living history events but hopefully this will give you a little taste of what it takes to get 10 people ready with most everything ready for stepping back in time.

Four batches of rolls.
Countless cookies. We made molasses cookies, peanut-butter cookies and snickerdoodles.
Several batches of biscuits for breakfast.
The kids picked apple to make apple sauce.

Tons of ironing.
Packing the boxes.
Frying lots of chicken.
Oh, did I mention this was all done in one afternoon?
